How long have you lived in Loveland & what brought you here?
I moved to Loveland 15 years ago to get closer to the mountains and farther away from Denver traffic.
What is your favorite way to get out and enjoy our town?
Hiking and biking. I like being able to go biking in all different directions from downtown, and always end up at a good coffee shop or grocery store. I like having a nearby Sprouts and biking to the summer farmer’s markets for fresh food as well as getting a sense of community there. Also, there are many great coffee shops around town for meetups, a favorite being the Muse with an ambience that simply can’t be beat.
What is one word that you would use to describe Loveland?
What is something that is missing from our community that you would love to see implemented?
More diverse cultural offerings. Growing up in Denver, I was both inspired by and eventually began working with many of the great musical artists that came through town to perform. Usually on their way to the larger (at the time) venues. I am hoping Loveland can become a similar kind of in-between concert destination, both for the benefit of the music fans here and the aspiring younger musicians.
Our mission is to celebrate, engage and unify Loveland. Can you share something you did recently to celebrate, engage or unify our town?
What does your ideal Loveland weekend look like?
Going for some outdoor activities and playing some music, preferably both.
